We visited Shreveport for a couple of days and had a good time relaxing.  Did a little gambling as well.  Blake really liked riding the trolley and the carousel. [slickr-flickr tag=”Shreveport2013″]

Blake was pretty busy directing operations on the railway.  He also visited Toys R us and he was very pleased to see all the trains were available.

Ryan and I went to see Blackberry Smoke at the House of Blues.  What a great band.  If you like southern rock, then this is a band you need to check out.  Great show from start to finish. [slickr-flickr tag=”bbs”]

Ryan and I hit the Eric Clapton concert.  Overall a good show and the blues section was fantastic. [slickr-flickr tag=”clapton”]

Blake played football today and was doing some serious throwing.  

We got a new desk and have redone the office.  Nearly complete with the updates to the downstairs. [slickr-flickr tag=”deskfeb”]  

We went to visit the old train station and caboose in old town Tomball.  Blake really liked being able to get on the caboose. [slickr-flickr tag=”caboose0213″]

Yesterday Blake underwent anesthesia and had his tooth fixed. It was quite a procedure and was a little groggy the rest of the day. However, the process was successful and he is doing good and has a full smile again.
