August 30, 2010:

Stephanie called me around 8:10 in the morning that she was having contractions.  Around 9:30am, I received a text that he would be delivered at 10:30am.  I arrived at 10:00am and got prepared.  Family arrived and we were taken back to the operating room around 11am.  At 11:33am, he arrived kicking and screaming!  I got to hold him and carry him to the NICU.  He has been there and doing very well.

It is really amazing to summarize such a wild and significant ride in a few sentences but we are very blessed.  We appreciate all the well wishes and prayers for us and Blake.  There will be more to come on our new addition!

We have spent a lot of time with him including getting to see his first bath.  Steph even got to hold him last night for an hour.
